Scope of this policy

This Refund Policy explains our general approach to fees and refunds for services provided by POWER MARKET LIMITED. The specific terms that apply to your engagement are set out in your individual proposal or contract, which takes precedence where there is any difference.

Nature of our services

We provide professional marketing services delivered over time, typically on a monthly basis. Fees reflect the work, expertise and time committed to your account during each period. Because our services are performed rather than sold as goods, fees for work already carried out are generally non-refundable.

Media spend

Advertising budgets that you pay directly to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our management fees and are governed by those platforms’ own terms. Any unused advertising budget held in accounts you own remains with those platforms and is subject to their refund arrangements, not ours.

Cancellation

You may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice period stated in your agreement. Where notice is given, we will complete work for the period already paid and will not charge for periods after the notice takes effect. We do not typically refund fees for a month in which work has already been performed.

Requesting a review

If you believe there has been an error in billing, or that services were not delivered as agreed, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter fairly and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund. We handle such requests in good faith and in line with your contract and applicable consumer law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the general terms described here.
